Quiche. I love to make quiche in every flavor combination (my favorite will always be tomato, feta, and spinach). Making the crust is a little messy though and I think your apron would be a great addition to that process.

Well I have to boast I make a mean Enchillada plate. Yep I love spicy food, I cook them up from scratch from a receipe my mom handed down to me. The trick to a yummy enchillada is to add some finely diced yellow onions to the cheese! ^_~
